Event Overview: Radio Maharani 89.6 FM is thrilled to present a special Daughter’s Day celebration event, #A Walk of Love. This event is dedicated to honoring the love, joy, and pride that daughters bring into our lives. It’s a day to celebrate their achievements, grace, and the special bond they share with their parents.
The event will be held on 22nd September at Shree Ram Model School, Sec-21, starting at 1:00 PM. #A Walk of Love promises an afternoon filled with joy, celebration, and heartfelt moments.
Event Structure: The celebration will feature three exciting rounds:
Daughter’s Ramp Walk (Solo):
Daughters will take the stage and showcase their confidence and style in a solo ramp walk. This round is all about celebrating their individuality and grace.
Daughter-Parent Duo Ramp Walk (Any Parent):
In this round, daughters will walk the ramp with either their father or mother. This is a unique opportunity to highlight the special bond between daughters and their parents.
Elimination Round followed by Q&A :
After the duo ramp walk, participants will face an elimination round, followed by a Question & Answer segment. This round will test their quick thinking, grace under pressure, and the depth of the bond with their parents.
Special Features :
Prizes and Recognition:
The event will conclude with the announcement of 1 Winner and 2 Runner-ups. In addition, 15 daughters will receive special titles for their outstanding participation, apart from the main winners.
Inclusive Participation :
The age limit for participation is 3-18 yrs (Daughter’s Age). Let’s make this event a true celebration of Daughter’s love and their unique relationships with their parents.
Prizes:
The winners will be awarded a variety of gifts, symbolizing the love and appreciation for their remarkable participation.

Terms & Conditions for #A Walk of Love (Daughters’ Day Ramp Walk):
1. Eligibility:
– The event is open to all daughters aged 3 to 18 years.
– Each participant must be accompanied by a parent (mother or father) for the parent-daughter walk segment.
2. Registration:
– All participants must register online. Links for registration is provided.
– Registration fees Rs. 800/-. (Non-refundable).
– The organizers reserve the right to close registrations once the maximum number of participants is reached.
3. Event Format:
– The event consists of three segments: a solo walk by the daughter, parent-daughter walk and a questionnaire round.
– All participants must arrive at least 60 minutes before the event start time to ensure smooth coordination
4. Attire:
– Participants are encouraged to wear outfits of their choice, reflecting the theme of love and celebration.
– All attire must be appropriate for a family-friendly event.
5. Code of Conduct:
– Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, judges, and event staff is mandatory.
– Any form of misconduct may result in disqualification.
6. Photography and Videography:
– By participating, contestants and their families agree to be photographed and filmed during the event.
– The event organizers may use the photographs and videos for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.
7. Health and Safety:
– All participants must adhere to health and safety protocols set by the organizers.
– In case of any medical conditions or special needs, participants should inform the organizers during registration.
8. Liability:
– The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of belongings during the event.
– Participants are responsible for their personal safety and that of their accompanying parent.
9. Judging Criteria:
– The ramp walk will be judged on factors such as confidence, attire, presentation, and overall charm.
– The decision of the judges is final and binding.
10. Prizes:
– Prizes will be distributed based on the decision by the judges.
11. Right to Amend:
– The organizers reserve the right to modify the event format, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
12. Punctuality:
– All participants must arrive at least 60 minutes before the event start time to ensure smooth coordination.
13. Parent-Child Participation:
– For the parent-daughter walk, only one parent is allowed to accompany the daughter on the ramp. No substitutions are allowed.
14. Behavior:
– Participants and their families must maintain respectful behavior towards all staff, participants, and audience members throughout the event.
15. Ramp Etiquette:
– Participants should maintain a smooth, confident walk on the ramp.
– Any stunts or actions deemed unsafe by the organizers are prohibited.
– All participants are requested to join us at the venue (Shreeram Model School, Sector-21) on 21/09/2024 for rehearsal. Timings for the rehearsal will be 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
16. Props:
– Simple props (e.g., flowers, hats) are allowed, but they should not obstruct the walk or create hazards.
– The use of fire, sharp objects, or dangerous materials is strictly prohibited.
17. Music and Themes:
– The event will provide music for the ramp walk. No personal music requests will be entertained.
– The walk should reflect the theme of love and family.
18. Disqualification:
– Any participant found violating the rules or creating disturbances during the event will be disqualified.
